Carribean/Maldivian Scotch Bonnet Peppers cooked in butter on low heat with sweet onions, garlic and carribean herbs to a sweet spicy jam and churned into butter. 
This flavour has high scoville heat and aromatic sweet tasty flavours from the carribean scotch bonnet peppers and spices.
