SPICY CARIBBEAN BUTTER

Caribbean/Maldivian Habanero Scotch Bonnet Peppers cooked in butter on low heat with sweet onions, garlic and caribbean herbs to a sweet spicy jam and churned with cream to butter.
This flavour has high scoville heat and aromatic sweet tasty flavours from the carribean scotch bonnet peppers and spices.
Note: This product may be too hot/spicy for some consumers.

RED WINE SHALLOT BUTTER

Finely diced shallots slow simmer and cooked in 3 year old Tuscan merlot red wine from Florence, Italy and churned with butter. Leaving an attractive floral purplish-pink colour.
This flavour has floral and fruity aromas with a hint of sweet after taste.

BLACK GARLIC HERB BUTTER

60 days aged fermented black garlic, roasted garlic with mixed fresh herbs.
This flavour has a unique aroma compared to ordinary garlic butter which leaves a distinct natural sweetness and umami to your taste buds. Leaving those who dislike garlic even wanting more.

KOMBU BUTTER

3 different types of Japanese organic Kombu cooked on low heat in cream, extracting all flavours from the Kombu to the cream and churned to butter with Kombu pieces and Mirin.
This flavour is a Japanese/Asian influenced butter which has recently been a global trend as it archives high rates of umami flavour.

WHITE WINE SCALLOP BUTTER

Japanese grade dried scallops simmered in fizzy Piedmont Italian Moscato Bianco wine, having its floral scent & sweetness of the wine infusing with the scallops. Balancing its tastes with French Celtic Sea Salt and roasted garlic.

ROASTED BONE MARROW BUTTER

Inspired by the traditional version of the Italian dish, Ossobuco in Bianco.
Roasted Australian Black Angus beef bone marrow with French Celtic sea salt and bay leaf churned in butter with Gremolata (lemon zest, parsley, Roasted smoked garlic) and Turkish Saffron. Topped with edible 24k gold leaf.
Savour the taste of a fine dining experience from a single jar, with its smoky and buttery flavours. Probably the first in the country.

TRUFFLE BUTTER

Contains a mix of Italian white truffle and French black truffle with Italian Pecorino cheese to enjoy the best flavours of both culinary worlds. Unlike many other truffle butters, you will find a generous amount of truffle bits in Piacere’s truffle butter without any usage of artificial truffle flavored oil.
A savoury butter which leaves the most memorable truffle scent lingering in your mouth.
Note: This product contains actual fungi / truffle (Tuber albidum pico) and is not truffle flavoured oil laced butter.
